General conditions

Meetings or parties of any kind are not allowed in the lounge. This reservation is non-transferable. In case of no-show, a fee equivalent to the total amount of the stay (including any applicable government tax) will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking or according to the booking conditions.

The Property reserves the right to evict guests from the Property due to their conduct and behavior or for any other medical or safety reason. This applies in particular if guests do not follow instructions given by the Property’s staff, express themselves in a discriminatory manner, or harass or endanger other guests. Guests are required to present an original proof of identity upon arrival at the Property. In the event of a conflict with the actual invoice provided after receiving the services, the terms of the invoice shall prevail.

The guest must properly maintain cleanliness and hygiene. All assets and valuables of the Property must be handled with care and must not be damaged or destroyed. The Property has the discretion to impose charges in the future if it is proven that such damage/destruction to the Property’s assets (both movable and immovable) was caused by the guest. If you have any allergies, sensitivities, or intolerances to, among others: a particular fabric, material, cleaning product, or food, it is the guest’s responsibility to inform the Property prior to arrival. The Property may store your valuables upon request. The Property has the right to charge a fee for storing such items. In the case of exceptionally valuable items, you must notify the Property before storing them. The Property may refuse to store such valuables. We do our best to ensure a safe environment is maintained and kindly ask our guests to do the same.

The Property is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or misplaced while on the premises due to the acts or omissions of the guests themselves or the Property’s housekeeping staff. Lost items found on the premises are logged and kept in a safe place. Subsequently, items are either disposed of or donated to charities. The Property accepts no responsibility for contacting individuals regarding lost items. Perishable items recovered from rooms after checkout are only kept until the close of business on that day.

Claimed items may be collected at the Property with valid identification, or alternatively, the Property may arrange shipment on behalf of the guest at the guest’s expense. The Property reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any change, the revised terms and conditions will be published immediately. The Property accepts no liability for financial or other losses, travel delays, injuries, damages, additional expenses, or inconveniences caused directly or indirectly by any event beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to, flight delays or cancellations, civil disturbances, vehicle defects, strikes, theft, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, wars, fires, floods, acts of God, acts of government or any other authority, changes in government regulations, accidents or failures of machinery or equipment, maintenance requirements, or industrial action. Airport transportation is provided as an ancillary service and the Property is not responsible for what may happen to guests during such transfers.

By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by the Property, your stay shall be subject to the Property’s General Terms and Conditions.

The Property may, at its absolute discretion, cancel the reservation if it considers that the reservation information provided is false or incomplete. The Property shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the Property. The Property accepts no liability for any failure by the Property to comply with these conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. If the Property waives any of its rights under these conditions on one occasion, this does not mean that such rights will be automatically waived on any other occasion.
